Job Summary: AJS Business and IT Solutions is looking for a proactive and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, demonstrating our IT solutions, and closing sales deals to achieve monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Present, promote, and sell IT products/services to prospective customers. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support. Prepare and submit daily activity and sales reports to the manager. Stay up to date with company offerings and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally. Own vehicle and valid driving license (mandatory). Basic knowledge of IT products or eagerness to learn.
