Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Navi Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include market research, lead generation, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for business growth. They will also be responsible for reporting and presenting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and lead generation
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in preparing proposals and delivering presentations
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the IT services or digital marketing industry is a plus
