.Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire large enterprise clients for IT staffing, consulting, and managed workforce services.
- CXO Engagement: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, and Procurement Heads to position us as a preferred partner.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve aggressive growth in IT staffing and consulting verticals.
- Account Management: Own key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and expansion across delivery units.
- Deal Negotiation: Lead rate card discussions, SLA design, MSAs, and long-term staffing contracts with global enterprises.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to refine our value proposition.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales professionals, supporting organizational revenue goals and brand growth.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 10 615+ years in Enterprise Sales / Business Development within IT Staffing, Workforce Solutions, or Technology Consulting.
- Network: Established CXO relationships across Fortune 500 or large enterprises.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of the IT Talent Ecosystem, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and Consulting Engagements.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, consultative selling, and executive-level negotiation.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with a growth-driven, performance-oriented approach.
