Business Development Leader

As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding customer needs and requirements. Your key responsibilities will include routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure, as well as achieving monthly targets. Additionally, you will research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest while maintaining and expanding the prospect database. Collaborating with partners to build pipelines and close deals will also be a crucial part of your role. You may be required to conduct effective online demos for prospects as and when needed. The ideal candidate for this position must possess excellent communication and writing skills in English. Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, inside sales, and business development is essential. A strong phone presence, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to express thoughts clearly and ask pertinent questions are qualities we are looking for. Strong listening and presentation skills are also highly valued. Candidates with an MBA or a technical sales background will have an advantage. Experience in data research, consulting, marketing, or strategy will be considered a plus.
