Key Responsibilities

Engage with Account Managers, ZSMs & customers to understand pain points and capture market insights.
Work with the Product team on product roadmap updates, feature rollouts, and post-launch feedback.
Build Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, case studies, and sales collaterals with Marketing & Training teams.
Enable IQ Champs with training, demo accounts, and FAQs for effective selling.
Conduct regular connects with sales teams to drive targets and SIP achievement.
Partner with Finance & Commercial teams to ensure competitive pricing and timely collections.
Create dashboards, track revenues/AOP, and monitor product churn.
Support aggregator business operations and resolve market challenges quickly.

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years’ experience in product enablement, sales operations, or business management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Data-driven approach with good analytical skills.

This role will let you work at the intersection of product innovation and business growth, directly influencing revenue, customer experience, and market success.
