As we expand, we are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Interns to help us grow our client base across both B2B and B2C segments. Position Overview As a Business Development Intern , you will work closely with our team to identify, pitch, and onboard new clients. This includes businesses seeking HR consulting and individuals looking for personalized career support. You’ll gain hands-on sales experience, develop your communication skills, and be rewarded for each successful onboarding. Key Responsibilities B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with businesses that may benefit from HR consulting solutions (staffing, L&D, HR strategy, etc.) Research industry trends and target markets to generate qualified leads Deliver effective pitches and presentations to business prospects B2C Services Promotion Promote individual-focused services including resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, career counseling, and life coaching Pitch these services to students, job seekers, and professionals through digital outreach and personal networks Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns aimed at attracting individual clients Sales & Lead Generation Use email campaigns, social media, and cold outreach to nurture leads Maintain accurate lead and client data using CRM tools Client Onboarding Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth handoff to the delivery teams Maintain professional and clear communication with clients throughout their journey Strategy & Collaboration Work closely with the sales, consulting, and coaching teams to align messaging and refine offerings based on market needs Performance Tracking Track personal KPIs and report progress weekly to ensure alignment with targets What We Offer 💰 Performance-Based Pay: Earn compensation for each successfully onboarded client (both B2B and B2C) 📜 Internship Certificate: Recognition for your contributions upon successful completion 💡 Professional Development: Hands-on exposure to HR consulting, business development, and personal branding services ⏰ Flexible Working Hours: Work remotely with autonomy over your schedule 🤝 Mentorship & Career Guidance: Learn from experienced professionals in HR and career coaching 🌐 Networking Opportunities: Connect with professionals across industries and services What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident pitching to both businesses and individual professionals A goal-oriented, self-starter who is motivated by results Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and online collaboration platforms Strong organizational and time management skills Interest in HR, personal branding, or career development is a big plus!
