Job Title: Business Development Executive Software Sales Location: Hyderbad,Bangalore,Delhi NCR Experience: 1-4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: IT / Software Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in software sales , either in a product-based or service-based company, and a strong understanding of B2B selling strategies. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, etc.) Understand client requirements and present appropriate software solutions (products/services) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations to prospective clients Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Collaborate with the technical team for pre-sales support and delivery coordination Maintain sales pipeline and report regular updates to the management Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities Requirements: Proven experience (1+ years) in software sales – product or service-based companies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of the software development lifecycle and solution selling Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred) Preferred Skills: Prior experience in SaaS / ERP / Custom Software sales Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies Experience in B2B sales and client account management Preferred candidate profile
