Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify target markets and segments to focus on for client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to develop strategies for generating leads and driving revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry (BFSI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A/B.B.A/B.M.S).
  • Strong understanding of CRM software applications such as Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
