Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our ambitious and fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Client Outreach: Contact potential clients via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and meetings to present company services.
• Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver customized business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and target markets to identify growth opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, prospects, and ongoing deals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and project teams to align strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions, contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for management review.
• Event Participation: Represent the company in business expos, networking events, and client meetings when required.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather client feedback and share insights to improve products, services, and customer experience.
• Digital Engagement: Utilize social media and digital channels for business promotion and lead generation.
