Job Description

ZipBooks Software Solutions specializes in ERP, software development, and IT consulting. We deliver user-friendly, scalable solutions to help businesses improve efficiency, productivity, and achieve growth through technology.

ERP Software Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support for ERP software users.
Handle user queries and troubleshoot ERP-related issues (functional/process-based).
Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and user training.
Document user issues, resolutions, and updates in ticketing systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalated issues (development, infra, etc.).
Support data management, reporting, and system upgrades as needed.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients/users.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, or any ERP).
Good understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, etc.).
SQL basics for queries and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer service orientation and patience.
