Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Looking 8+ years of relevant experience in leading and developing Python-based product
Proven experience leading backend development teams building Python-based microservices (preferably FastAPI).
Strong hands-on technical understanding of API design standards, distributed architectures, async patterns, and system scalability.
Ability to guide architecture decisions, enforce coding standards, review pull requests, and mentor developers on best practices.
Experience working closely with Frontend teams to define API contracts, integration workflows, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
Strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience running sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retros, and managing roadmaps/releases.
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and ensuring high-quality delivery culture.
Ability to collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
Experience managing and growing cross-functional teams (backend developers, QA engineers), including task allocation, performance management, and delivery assurance.
