Title: Senior Business Development Executive Location: Hyderabad, Remote Work Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Chief Strategy Officer Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. This is a senior role that requires a blend of market intelligence, consultative selling, and high-impact communication. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline across key industry verticals. Initiate and lead client meetings (in-person or virtual) to present offerings, pitch proposals, and close deals. Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and RFP responses aligned to client needs. Nurture existing accounts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership regularly. Work closely with delivery, product, and marketing teams to tailor solutions and meet customer expectations. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in [tech/services/consulting] sectors. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms. Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work both independently and in a team. Nice to Have: Prior experience in international business development (e.g., North America, Europe, or APAC). Understanding of solution-based or consultative selling. Existing network of decision-makers in Technology / IT Services industry. Show more Show less
