Job Title: Manual Tester Location : Hyderabad, Remote Job Type : Contract Experience : 4–6 years We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our products by conducting various levels of testing and identifying bugs before product release. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a flawless user experience. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze system specifications and requirements Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues Conduct exploratory testing and usability testing Validate fixes and ensure issues are thoroughly resolved Provide clear documentation of test results, defects, and test coverage Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience as a QA Manual Tester or in a similar role Solid understanding of SDLC and various testing methodologies Hands-on experience in writing and executing test plans and test cases Proficiency with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with web and mobile application testing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment Show more Show less
