About the Role

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions (M365, Cybersecurity, Cloud Backup, Managed IT Services, etc.).
• Maintain and update sales pipeline using CRM tools.

2. Client Engagement

• Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Follow up with leads to drive engagement and move them through the sales cycle.

3. Market Research

• Understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology advancements.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential target segments.

4. Revenue Target Achievement

• Work closely with the sales manager to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasting, and activity updates.

5. Collaboration

• Coordinate with technical teams for solution designing and proposal preparation.
• Support marketing initiatives like webinars, email campaigns, and product promotions.

Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

• BBA or MBA in Marketing and related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in

  IT Sales

  or

  Inside Sales

  , preferably in:
• Microsoft 365
• Cybersecurity solutions
• Cloud Services
• Managed IT services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred:

• Understanding of IT terminologies and enterprise software.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
