Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive U.S. Healthcare / RCM

Location:

Shift:

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold emails, and other outreach channels.
  • Identify, qualify, and schedule demos or client meetings with U.S.-based healthcare prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs including calls, connections, demos, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Understand client pain points and propose relevant RCM / healthcare outsourcing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or healthcare/RCM sales.
  • Prior exposure to U.S. healthcare or outsourcing services preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and backup power setup.
