Job Title: Business Development Executive U.S. Healthcare / RCM Location: Remote Shift: U.S. Night Shift (EST / CST) Job Description / Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold emails, and other outreach channels. Identify, qualify, and schedule demos or client meetings with U.S.-based healthcare prospects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive. Track and report weekly KPIs including calls, connections, demos, and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Understand client pain points and propose relevant RCM / healthcare outsourcing solutions. Requirements: Excellent command of English (verbal and written). Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or healthcare/RCM sales. Prior exposure to U.S. healthcare or outsourcing services preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Reliable internet connection and backup power setup.
