Role Overview :-

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities :-

Identify and acquire new B2B clients in construction, logistics, and industrial sectors
Conduct field visits, product demos, and technical presentations
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and site scouting
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals professionally
Maintain CRM records, sales funnel updates, and daily reporting
Coordinate with dispatch and service teams for smooth delivery and support
Build long-term client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction

Required Skills :-

Strong understanding of crane specifications and industrial equipment
Proven field sales experience in Raipur or similar industrial territories
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications :-

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Business disciplines
3 - 5 years of field sales experience in heavy machinery or construction products
Knowledge of Raipurs industrial belts (Urla, Siltara, Birgaon, Bhanpuri etc.)
