Mumbai, Maharashtra, India / Hybrid About the role We’re looking for a BD Executive with at least 1 year of experience in driving B2B sales or client partnerships, ideally within design, tech, or creative agencies. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with decision-makers, crafting pitches, and closing deals with clarity and empathy. Generate leads through outreach, referrals, events, and digital platforms. Conduct discovery calls, present tailored pitches, and close opportunities with mid to enterprise-level clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects in the product, design, or digital transformation space. Track lead movement and keep detailed records of calls, conversations, and proposals. Coordinate with marketing, design, and leadership to refine outreach and sales strategies. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in UX/UI and product design. Contribute to monthly sales goals and growth metrics. YOU CAN APPLY IF: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client servicing. Based in Mumbai – this is a hybrid/on-site role. Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups simultaneously. Comfort with CRM tools, sales trackers, and data reporting. Education: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred. Passion for design, technology, and building meaningful client relationships. Proactive, target-driven, and collaborative mindset.
