Build and manage a qualified pipeline (prospecting, outreach, demos, proposals, closes)
Win new business across Commercial Brand films, AI-generated videos, AI integrated post-production, Corporate Videos etc.
Own numbers: weekly pipeline, monthly targets, quarterly forecasts
Collaborate with creative & production teams to shape pitches and case studies
Keep the CRM squeaky clean (Zoho/HubSpot) and share crisp activity reports
1–4 years in BD/sales (creative, media, production, or SaaS a plus)
Energetic presence, strong communication, and closing mindset
Social selling skills (LinkedIn, email, events) & proposal writing chops
Bonus: experience with AI/creative tech, agency networks, and GCC markets
AI-powered workflows, premium portfolio, ambitious growth path
