Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Oracle Fusion Configuration Analyst to join our offshore team. This role is focused on supporting the Open Enrollment cycle within Oracle Fusion HCM by performing repeatable and well-documented configuration tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and will work closely with onshore HRIS and Benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely system updates during the annual open enrollment window. Key Responsibilities: Perform repeatable and standardized configuration tasks in Oracle Fusion HCM related to Open Enrollment processes (e.g., life event maintenance, contact maintenance, rate updates, coverage updates). Follow detailed step-by-step documentation and SOPs provided by the onshore team. Validate configurations through system testing and report any discrepancies or issues encountered. Coordinate with the onshore HR/IT teams for task clarification, issue escalation, and configuration validation. Log and track all activities and changes in the designated project tracking system (e.g., Smartsheet). Participate in status meetings, as required, to provide updates on progress and blockers. Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation standards. Recommended Qualifications: 1+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, preferably in Benefits or Open Enrollment configuration. Foundational understanding of Oracle Fusion Benefits module, including plan configuration, eligibility rules, rates, coverages, and dependent management. Familiarity with Open Enrollment lifecycle and related system processes. Ability to follow strict procedural documentation with high accuracy and consistency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working as part of an offshore delivery team supporting U.S.-based clients. Prior exposure to working in a fast-paced HRIS or Benefits Administration environment. Knowledge of benefit integrations and reporting (e.g., HDL, OTBI) is a plus. Working Hours: Must be available to work partially overlapping hours with U.S. business time zones (at least 3–4 hours daily).

Job Summary: The Senior IT Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and maintenance of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure.
