Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads and onboard clients for recruitment and HR services.
• Pitch and present our services to decision-makers across industries.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
• Meet and exceed agreed business targets to maximize earnings.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and prospects.
Requirements
• Strong interest in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Prior experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, or staffing sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to convert leads into revenue with minimal supervision.
Compensation Structure
• No fixed salary.
• Attractive 20% commission on each closed deal / invoice value.
