Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Generate new B2B leads through calls, emails & networking. Identify and connect with customers Understand client needs and suggest solutions Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Maintain an accurate CRM system with client data. Share insights on market trends & customer needs. Ensure client satisfaction & repeat business through regular follow-ups. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing (preferred, not mandatory). 1–3 years of proven sales experience. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
