Job Description

Business Development Executive


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead the

team and execute strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets and drive business

growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new revenue streams,

developing business strategies, and ensuring effective coordination with key

stakeholders, including doctors, patients, partners, and vendors. This role requires a

proactive individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and market

trends.


Achieve Revenue Targets:

Business Strategy Development:

market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth

in the healthcare sector.

Stakeholder Coordination:

and collaboration with doctors, patients, partners, vendors, and service providers to

maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers,

vendors, and service partners, to expand the company & service portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor & Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare

Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

 Proven experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare

industry.

 Strong understanding of the healthcare market, trends, and emerging

opportunities.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with

a diverse range of stakeholders.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment.


Additional Information:

 This role may require travel to meet with partners, B2B companies ,clients,

Hospitals, consulting firm or attend industry events.
