Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Client Services

Reports To: Account Manager or Account Director

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune. 


Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at Therefore Design Pvt. Ltd., you will be the key liaison between our clients and the agency, ensuring that their needs are met and that projects are executed successfully. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Understand clients' business goals, industry, and challenges to provide effective solutions.

 

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and other departments) to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Develop project timelines, manage resources, and ensure that deliverables align with client expectations.

Briefing and Communication:

 

Collect and analyze client briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements.

Communicate client expectations, feedback, and changes to the internal team.


Strategic Planning:

Work with clients to develop marketing and communication strategies that align with their objectives.

Provide strategic input and recommendations for creative and campaign development.

Budget Management:

 

Develop project budgets in collaboration with the finance team and ensure projects are executed within the approved budget.

Track project costs and provide regular updates to clients.

Presentation and Reporting:

 

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing campaign strategies, creative concepts, and performance reports.

Provide regular status updates and performance metrics to clients.

Problem Resolution:

 

Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Work to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Upselling and Account Growth:

 

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.

Collaborate with the business development team to explore new business opportunities within existing accounts.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency or a related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Strategic thinking and the ability to understand clients' business objectives.

Familiarity with marketing and advertising processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
