The Machine Learning Company (TMLC) is a growing AI and IT consulting firm delivering enterprise-grade solutions in Generative AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and IT services. We work with clients across industries like Healthcare, FMCG, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and EdTech to help them optimize costs, drive efficiency, and achieve measurable ROI.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can own the end-to-end business development cycle - from prospecting and outreach to pitching and closing deals. This role requires someone with strong expertise in both sales and marketing execution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, research, and generate new B2B business opportunities in India and global markets (US, UAE, UK).
  • Execute outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Create and manage marketing outreach initiatives (social media, email, events, webinars) to build a qualified lead pipeline.
  • Pitch TMLC’s AI and IT services to CXOs, IT Heads, and business leaders.
  • Conduct solution presentations and coordinate with presales/technical teams for proposals.
  • Nurture leads into long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and revenue.


Requirements


  • 6–10

    years of experience in B2B business development, IT sales, or consulting sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, AI/ML, Cloud, or SaaS solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in simple business language.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup/high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
