Job Summary:

Tekki Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2 years of experience in IT services sales


What You Will Do:

  •  Generate leads and convert them from platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and company website.
  • Write custom proposals tailored to client requirements and follow up to close deals.
  • Conduct client communication through calls, chat, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.  Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and proposal planning.
  • Assist in the creation of cost estimates, presentations, proposals, and business documents.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, target customer behaviors, and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools. 


Enough about us, let’s talk about you,

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in an IT services company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to write professional proposals and client messages.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively. 


Must Have:

  • Strong understanding of IT services including web/app development, digital marketing, etc.
  • Experience in handling both presales and post-sales activities.
  • Understanding of international client requirements and business etiquette.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and communication tools such as Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of project documentation, estimations, and timelines.
