Business Analyst

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong set of skills including Data Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Process Mapping, Problem Solving, Communication, Critical Thinking, Documentation, and Stakeholder Management. As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will revolve around gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders and end-users. You will be expected to facilitate requirements gathering workshops, prepare UML diagrams, user stories, and use cases for new product/project ideas. Working closely with project managers, developers, and designers will be crucial to ensure that business processes are well-documented and optimized for efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project documentation, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing feedback to development teams. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of business processes to identify areas for improvement will be part of your regular tasks. It is essential to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with UML diagrams, user stories, and use cases is required, as well as knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes is also expected. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong attention to detail, and effective task prioritization skills are essential. Having a Business Analysis certification would be a plus.
