About Us

Techno Entity is a growing IT services company specializing in [Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Cloud Solutions, etc.]. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who can bring in new business opportunities by bidding on online freelancing platforms and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and bid for projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Write effective, customized proposals and cover letters to win projects.
  • Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to create accurate project estimates and timelines.
  • Generate leads through platforms, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other online channels.
  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and deliverables with clients.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the project management team.
  • Track, report, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–4 years) in online bidding and lead generation for IT services.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Ability to draft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and reporting.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in handling enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Understanding of latest IT trends and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
