Business Development Executive We're not your typical agency—we’re Roastify : a growth-obsessed performance marketing partner for scaling brands. From Meta Ads to full-funnel strategy, we help brands unlock serious revenue. Now, we’re looking for someone just as hungry as us to join our Business Development team and bring in high-intent clients across industries. 💸 Salary: ₹15K – ₹22K/month + 5% Sales Commission 📈 Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales or BD required Responsibilities : Cold outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email – you're the first point of contact for growth-hungry brands. Use CRMs smartly – track, follow up, and close leads like a pro. Plan & execute email sequences to keep prospects warm. Guide and train interns to generate and qualify leads. Hit your monthly sales targets (and earn commissions along the way). Pitch website design, Meta Ads, consulting, and performance marketing solutions to Indian & international brands. Actively scout leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork & Freelancer.
