Key Responsibilities: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the advertising, media, and marketing sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, and media planning) to develop customized solutions for clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and proposals. Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Maintain sales records and track key performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the advertising, media, or marketing industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and advertising solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
