Requirements: - Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within a B2B environment. - Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. - Familiarity with project management principles to oversee client onboarding and ongoing relationship management. - Understanding of marketing principles to support lead generation efforts. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
