BDM (Branding)

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM (Branding) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies that enhance our market presence and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and strong business development skills to effectively negotiate partnerships and manage projects that align with our brand vision.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that resonate with target markets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management to track interactions and manage leads.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with business objectives.
• Oversee project management initiatives related to branding campaigns from conception through execution.
• Analyze the effectiveness of branding efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or a similar role within branding or marketing.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in strategic planning and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• A passion for branding, sales, and fostering customer relationships.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per day
