As a Business Development Executive at Zurich Graphics, you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base and fostering long-term relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and prioritizing prospective clients through thorough research, networking, and referrals. - Travelling extensively across Gujarat and India to meet clients in person, present Zurich Graphics' capabilities, and understand their requirements. - Attending trade shows and industry events to enhance the company's network and visibility. - Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate how Zurich's creative services can address client needs effectively. - Following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing deals in a mutually beneficial manner, ensuring a smooth handover to internal teams for execution. - Collaborating closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure client briefs are comprehensively understood and delivered to a high standard. - Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins, addressing concerns, and promoting additional services when relevant. - Staying updated on market developments and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Requirements for this role include: - Demonstrated ability to sell real estate communication solution services and build relationships with individuals at all levels. - Willingness to travel extensively and work beyond standard office hours when necessary. - Basic understanding of graphic design and printing processes, with the capability to articulate the advantages of creative solutions to clients. - Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and communication platforms. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting targets effectively.
