Cross-Departmental Coordination: Facilitating seamless coordination with all concerned internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics) to ensure all project activities are aligned and milestones are met. This includes proactive communication to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely progression. End-to-End Project Driving: Taking ownership to drive the project forward from its initiation to final closure, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and effectively. Client Team Coordination: Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with the client team, utilizing proper communication tools (e.g., regular meetings, detailed reports, official correspondence) in close consultation with management. This includes addressing client queries, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Site Visits & Support: Conducting regular site visits for project meetings, progress reviews, and providing essential assistance during the installation and commissioning phases of the equipment/project.
