Location: Vadodara, India Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Head of Agency – Zurich Graphics About Zurich Graphics Zurich Graphics is a 30-year-old real estate-focused branding and creative agency based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Zurich specializes in brochure design, signage, site branding, and communication collateral for developers across India’s Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. The agency is undergoing a business and brand transformation, with a clear mandate to strengthen client acquisition, conversion, and servicing. Purpose of the Role As Group Account Manager, you will act as the business-facing and client-servicing lead for Zurich. You will drive lead follow-up, client relationship management, creative brief articulation, and project delivery coordination between clients, the servicing team, and creative teams. This is a strategic role focused on enhancing new business closure and servicing excellence through proactive communication, professionalism, and clarity. Key Responsibilities Assist the Head of Agency with lead follow-up, tracking, and conversion. Build and maintain an organized tracker of prospects, pitch status, and actionables. Initiate and manage early-stage communication with inbound and outbound leads. Prepare and deliver pitch presentations, brochures, and company credentials. Translate client discussions into detailed and actionable briefs for internal teams. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to ensure alignment with client expectations. Drive internal kick-off meetings, track timelines, and ensure project hygiene via status documentation. Maintain professional and timely communication with all clients throughout the project lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields. Minimum 3 years of agency-side account or project management experience. Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills. Prior real estate marketing or Tier 2 market experience is a bonus. Show more Show less
