Job Description

Location: Vadodara, India Type: Full-Time Purpose of the Role Zurich Graphics is looking for a digitally fluent strategist who can convert incoming and discovered leads into warm prospects. The role is not just about following up — it’s about nurturing interest, adding value, and creating a lead funnel that brings in quality conversations for the Group Account Manager to convert. You will also act as the bridge between the digital agency, sales team, and creative delivery teams to ensure prospect journeys are seamless, well-informed, and high on engagement. Key Responsibilities Track and analyze inbound leads from digital campaigns, SEO, email, and referrals. Maintain and improve Zurich’s CRM or lead management system with timely status updates. Work closely with the digital agency to monitor campaign performance and suggest targeting adjustments. Align with the Group Account Manager to plan intelligent follow-ups, proposal dispatches, and nurturing journeys. Draft follow-up messages, WhatsApp content, drip emails, and nurturing tools in collaboration with creative teams. Provide weekly performance reports on lead behaviour, interest patterns, and lead scoring. Collaborate with creative and servicing teams to ensure readiness before lead handover or pitch meetings. Propose improvements to the digital-to-sales journey — landing page suggestions, automation triggers, or retargeting loops. The Ideal Candidate Should Have 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM strategy, or inbound sales enablement. Be familiar with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics. Understand campaign attribution, funnel stages, and B2B buyer journeys. Be an excellent communicator with good writing skills for messages, emails, or proposal cover notes. Be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and driven by both numbers and narrative.
