Role Description

This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining seamless communication, and driving business growth through effective strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, networking, presenting business proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.


We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (1–3 Years Experience) to join our growing team. If you have experience working with international clients and are passionate about technology sales, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


🔸 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in APAC & Middle East markets

🔸 Generate leads, develop pipelines, and manage the full sales cycle

🔸 Conduct effective cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing

🔸 Use LinkedIn outreach & connections to generate qualified leads

🔸 Present and promote IT services such as App Development, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation solutions

🔸 Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers

🔸 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

🔸 Maintain regular reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence


What We’re Looking For:


✔ 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales

✔ Experience working with international clients in APAC and Middle East

✔ Strong skills in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and digital lead generation

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical offerings into business value

✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
