Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at POSCIG Technologies in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End IT Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, Offer Management)

Building and maintaining a technical talent pipeline

Employee Onboarding & Induction

HR Documentation & Compliance Management

Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities

Supporting HR Policies, Processes, and Performance Management

Required Skills:

2+ Years of experience in IT Recruitment & HR Generalist roles

Knowledge of technical recruitment (Developers, QA, Cloud, etc.)

Strong understanding of HR processes & compliance

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
