Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing client relationships. You will be a key player in the company's growth strategy, working closely with the EVSE BD lead and senior leadership team to drive revenue growth and increase market share in our global Strategy and Engineering services portfolio in e-mobility, with Corporates and EV ecosystem companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders
  • Work with the BD Manager and lead to develop proposals and pitch presentations for potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and raise brand awareness
  • Host webinars on core topics along with BD Manager & lead.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to support in closing deals, and follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients including from tender searches
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services
  • Support to prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and contracts, negotiate deals and close sales
  • Provide regular updates to the BD lead Manager and senior leadership team on business development activities and progress toward revenue goals in weekly review meetings


Qualifications and skills:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the consulting industry and relevant business trends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
