🔑 What You’ll Do


Business Development (Outbound Sales)


  • Identify and engage new clients: pharmacies, healthcare facilities, pharma manufacturers, distributors, and marketing companies (Domestic & International).
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Present our

    pharma portfolio & manufacturing capabilities

    with authority and clarity.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals and exceeding targets.


Digital Marketing (Inbound Growth)


  • Develop and execute online strategies to boost

    brand visibility & inbound leads

  • Create engaging content for

    LinkedIn & digital platforms

    that positions us as a thought leader.
  • Run data-driven ad campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Track ROI with analytics (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) and refine campaigns for maximum impact.


Market Intelligence & Strategy


  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory shifts.
  • Share insights to shape

    business strategy, pricing, and product positioning

🎓 What We’re Looking For


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business. MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience:

    2–5 years in

    B2B Pharma Sales & Business Development

    . Experience in digital marketing is a big plus.
  • Skills:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho), Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Attributes:

    Self-driven, strategic thinker, excellent English, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
