• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our SaaS solutions address
those needs.
• Schedule and conduct product demos for prospective clients.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to foster upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in SaaS or technology product sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
• Prior experience selling to international clients (US/Europe/APAC).
• Understanding of the SaaS sales funnel and customer journey.
• Experience with cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
