The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the talent acquisition function of the organization. They will develop and implement strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's goals and values. The Talent Acquisition Executive will oversee the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, build strong relationships with external partners, and continuously improve recruitment practices to ensure the organization has a competitive edge in acquiring and retaining the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Implement diverse sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Strengthen employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

  • As you’ll be doing sales hiring you’ll be required with a minimum of

    1.5+ years of experience in a sales role

    , in Inside sales with Edtech B2C.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Demonstrated stability, with at least one year of sustained experience in previous roles..
  • Prior experience in roles such as Business Development Executive or Associate
  • Strong knowledge on sales strategies, logical answering, Target planning and Reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • An individual with excellent

    regional Language

    communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
  • Reliable and trustworthy individuals who can easily build rapport with prospects.
  • People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience.
  • People with a systematic approach to building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritising tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field

Languages Known:

  • Native speaker of any of these languages

  • With Proficiency in English
