Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive in the Nutraceuticals industry, your main responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, and successfully close business deals. Your role will involve a blend of strategic analysis, marketing tactics, and sales expertise to contribute to the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients using a variety of strategies to drive business growth. - Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new markets, understand customer needs, and evaluate market strategies and financial potential. - Proposal Development: Create and present compelling business proposals tailored to meet clients" specific challenges and objectives. - Negotiation and Closure: Skillfully negotiate agreement terms, draft contracts, and close deals effectively to maximize profitability. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to sustain and expand the company's business. - Reporting: Keep track of account activities, maintain records, and contribute to achieving sales targets. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment with company goals. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience working as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a similar role. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Strong understanding of markets and ability to analyze financial data. - Excellent negotiation skills with a successful track record of pitching for new business. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including expertise in proposal writing and presentations. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage yourself and potentially others. Additional Details: The working conditions for this role involve an office environment, with occasional travel required to meet with potential clients. You will be expected to work standard hours, with flexibility for additional hours to accommodate different time zones and client needs. (Please note that the benefits include health insurance, and the education requirement is a Master's degree. The preferred experience includes 2 years in sales, while business development, B2B sales, Microsoft Excel, and CRM software experience are required.)
