Job Description

Job Title: Education Counselor (Distance Education)

Job Summary:

Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Make 60/80 cold calls per day to potential students.
Handle inbound leads and convert them into admissions through effective counseling.
Identify and understand student needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
Guide students and parents on available courses, admission processes, and career outcomes.
Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining program features and benefits.
Provide one-on-one support to students during the course selection and application process.
Assist students in obtaining necessary documents for admission.
Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with applicants and their parents.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales calls in the CRM system.
Generate daily reports and submit them to the management.
Coordinate efficiently with internal teams to streamline the admission process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education or Counseling background preferred).
13 years of experience in education counseling/sales (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for education and career guidance.
