Designation: Business Development Executive Location: Gurgaon Experience: 1–3 years About Weavr- Weavr is a powerful SaaS platform built to eliminate Excel-based reporting and simplify marketing and marketplace analytics. Our product verticals - Weavr Sense and Weavr Slate - Help brands unlock data-driven growth with real-time insights, creative intelligence, and automation. We're looking for a high-energy Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth efforts. If you're someone who's eager to learn, confident in communication, and passionate about SaaS, this is your chance to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. What You'll Do- • Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to demo to closure. • Identify and generate leads through outbound and inbound channels (LinkedIn, email, events, referrals). • Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and pitch relevant Weavr products. • Collaborate with the product and solutions teams to create tailored proposals. • Maintain accurate records of pipeline, client feedback, and outreach via HubSpot. • Regularly follow up with warm leads and nurture long-term client relationships. • Meet or exceed monthly targets and performance KPIs. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and best practices in B2B SaaS sales. What We're Looking For- • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in a SaaS, Martech, or analytics company. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to close deals and build client relationships. • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, etc. • A curious, data-driven mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
