Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to Looperex Technologies market expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a passion for technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Present and pitch Looperex Technologies’ services/solutions to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to design tailored proposals and solutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (IT/Tech sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn networking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Trichy, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
