As an IT Sales/Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the IT sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales growth in the IT sector by identifying new business opportunities and fostering client relationships. - Prospecting and networking to identify potential clients and generate leads. - Building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored IT solutions. - Staying updated on IT trends and delivering engaging presentations to clients. - Leading the sales process from initial contact to closure, surpassing sales targets. - Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions and provide regular sales updates. - Ensuring a seamless client handover and addressing post-sales concerns to ensure high client retention. - Offering an attractive incentive structure based on closed sales and generated revenue. - Engaging with customers to understand their specific business needs, whether face-to-face or over the phone. - Performing cold-calling to generate new business leads and scheduling meetings. - Developing new business opportunities through networking and follow-up calls. - Conducting presentations and software demonstrations for customers. - Meeting sales targets and contributing to team objectives. In addition to the above responsibilities, please note that there will be a service agreement of 18 to 24 months (depending on the organization) that you will need to sign. Are you comfortable with this requirement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in B2B sales and IT sales preferred - Proficiency in English - Willingness to travel up to 25% This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift from Monday to Friday in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi. We are looking for a local candidate with 0-3 years of experience in IT sales to join our dynamic team.
