Job Description

You will be working as an IT Sales/Business Development Executive at our company's location in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 0-3 years of experience in IT sales to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth in the IT sector, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales growth in the IT sector by focusing on new business opportunities and client relationships. - Identify and prospect clients through networking, research, lead generation, etc. - Build long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored IT solutions. - Stay updated with IT trends and deliver compelling presentations to clients. - Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, exceeding sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and provide regular sales updates. - Ensure smooth client handover and address post-sales concerns to ensure high retention. - Engage with customers face-to-face or over the phone to understand their business needs. - Perform cold-calling to generate new business leads and arrange meetings. - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and follow-up calls. - Deliver presentations and software demonstrations to customers. - Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals. Additional Details: - The compensation package will depend on your skills and knowledge and will be as per industry standards. - Preference will be given to local candidates for this position. - An attractive incentive structure is in place based on the number of sales closed and revenue generated. - The job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift from Monday to Friday in the morning. - You must be willing to commute or relocate to Pitampura, Delhi, before starting work. - There will be a service agreement of 18 to 24 months, depending on the organization, which you will need to sign. - A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. - Experience in B2B sales and IT sales is preferred. - Proficiency in English language is preferred. - Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.
