As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our business. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through various means such as cold calls, emails, and networking. - Qualifying and following up on inbound leads to ensure a seamless sales process. - Actively building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads to maximize sales potential. - Scheduling and attending meetings with prospects to understand their requirements and presenting suitable IT solutions. - Assisting the sales manager and directors team in creating proposals, delivering presentations, and following up with clients. - Utilizing CRM tools effectively to track and manage sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer information. - Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns for better results. - Staying abreast of the latest IT trends and product offerings to provide valuable insights to potential clients. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 0-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in IT or technology sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - A proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills. - Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite would be advantageous. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
