Business Development Executive - IT Sales

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive (BDM) in our company, your main responsibility will be to lead sales efforts and drive growth in the IT Service sector. Your successful track record in sales and business development, particularly in the ecommerce industry, will be crucial for this role. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance e-commerce sales and business expansion - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for our Headless Ecommerce Platform - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs - Showcase solutions to prospective clients and tailor proposals to align with their requirements - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to devise sales strategies and materials - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure - Meet or surpass sales targets and KPIs Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Ecommerce, PaaS, SaaS industry - Solid grasp of e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies - Proven ability to close deals, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Additional Company Details (if present): N/A,
